Embodied Clarity

A 4-Hour Somatic Coaching Immersion in Amsterdam

Explore a question, decision, or life theme with inner alignment and embodied clarity.

Sometimes therapy feels like too much. You’re not looking for a long-term process — but something in your life is asking for attention. A decision. A recurring question. A theme that hasn’t fully settled.

This 4-hour somatic coaching immersion in Amsterdam offers a focused, grounded space to explore one central question through body-based awareness. Rooted in Hakomi-informed principles, this is a relational experience where insight and clarity emerge naturally — by listening deeply to what is already present within you.

This Experience Is For You If…

You have some experience with self-exploration or inner work and feel ready for a focused, intentional deep dive.

You are facing a recurring question, life theme, or decision and want to explore it more fully — not only intellectually, but in a way that feels grounded and embodied.

You’re looking for a short-term, structured container rather than ongoing therapy — something intensive, relational, and rooted in somatic awareness. For longer-term support, you can explore my Hakomi Therapy sessions, which offer an ongoing somatic approach to inner work.

This somatic coaching immersion is not about quick fixes or purely cognitive problem-solving. It is for those willing to slow down, turn inward, and allow clarity to emerge from within their own system.

Your 4-Hour Journey

This 4-hour immersion unfolds in a clear, contained arc — designed to support your nervous system, deepen awareness, and allow meaningful insight to emerge naturally.

1. Settling Into Presence

We begin by creating a safe, grounded space. Through gentle breathwork, mindful attention, and somatic awareness, your nervous system is supported in settling. Insight rarely arises from tension — it grows from calm, attuned presence. This phase allows you to arrive fully in your body and open to what is already here.

If aligned, we may include a small, intentional microdose of Kanna as a plant ally. Kanna can gently support openness and emotional receptivity, helping the nervous system soften into a more balanced and connected state.

2. Exploring Your Question

From this grounded place, we begin exploring your question or theme using Photo Psychology (Points of You®). Through carefully selected images and guided reflection, we engage both analytical thinking and intuitive perception — bringing together cognitive insight and embodied knowing.

Images often bypass habitual mental loops, inviting fresh perspectives and allowing deeper layers of meaning to surface. By bridging the analytical and the imaginative, unexpected insights can emerge — sometimes revealing angles you hadn’t consciously considered.

Here, your perspective begins to widen.

3. Listening to Your Body

With new perspectives opened, we shift into deeper somatic listening.

Using Hakomi-informed methods and mindful awareness, we explore how your question lives in the body — in sensations, impulses, emotional patterns, and subtle beliefs. Rather than trying to think your way to resolution, we listen to what your system is already communicating.

This bottom-up exploration often reveals what is shaping the pattern beneath the narrative — bringing greater coherence between mind and body.

4. Bringing Clarity Into Your Life

Before we close, we slow down and allow everything to settle. We notice what feels clearer, what feels lighter, and what now wants your attention.

We allow what has emerged to integrate gently, so the insight feels steady and grounded — not rushed or purely conceptual.

You leave with a calmer nervous system, greater alignment, a clearer relationship to your question, and often a felt sense of direction or new perspective that supports your next steps.

Optional: Gentle Support with Kanna

If it feels aligned for you, we may include a small, intentional microdose of Kanna.

Kanna is an empathogenic plant that can gently support openness and self-compassion. Many people notice it softens internal resistance, allowing different parts of themselves to be met with curiosity and kindness.

Physiologically, it can help the nervous system move toward a balanced, homeostatic state. From this settled state, clarity and insight often arise more naturally.

Its inclusion is always optional, carefully guided, and tailored to your comfort and readiness.
