Hakomi Therapy & Somatic Psychedelic Therapy

A gentle, experiential approach to understanding yourself from the inside out

Much of what shapes us was learned in relationship — and it is also in relationship that new possibilities can emerge.

Through embodied awareness and attuned presence, we gently explore how early relational patterns still shape the way you meet yourself and others today.

What is Hakomi Therapy?

Hakomi is a mindfulness-based, somatic form of therapy that supports you in exploring your inner experience from the inside out. Rather than analyzing or fixing, we slow things down and gently notice what is already present — in your thoughts, emotions, and body.

By bringing mindful attention to present-moment experience, unconscious patterns can naturally begin to reveal themselves. These patterns are often formed early in life and continue to shape how we relate to ourselves and others, usually outside of awareness.

Hakomi works with curiosity, without pushing for change. Sessions unfold at a pace that respects your system, allowing insight and transformation to arise from lived, embodied experience — not from trying to think your way out of old patterns.

If you’d like to explore this approach in more detail, you can read more about Hakomi Somatic Therapy and what sessions are like.

I went on a Hakomi journey with Odin, and it was such a beautiful experience. I have been able to deepen my understanding in the language of my body. With his gentle approach, he guided me into a subconscious field where I could let go of old stories and open up to a new way.

Another Way to Explore Your Inner World

In addition to Hakomi therapy, I also offer Somatic Psychedelic Therapy for those who are curious about exploring their inner world in a different, experiential way.

This work follows the same principles of mindfulness, body awareness, safety, and consent. Psychedelic experiences are carefully prepared, supported, and integrated, always guided by your intention and readiness.

During a free introductory call, we can explore together what kind of support feels most aligned for you.

“Odin guided my first experience on psychedelics. I felt very safe and well-prepared. During and after the journey, he supported me gently as I made my own meaning. It was life-changing and helped me find a newfound direction in life.”

Experiences from people I’ve worked with

  • Odin has a wonderful skill to hold space for what is. He was an insightful companion on my journey to more acceptance. Working with him shed a light on me being almost constantly in opposition to the present. He enabled me to look inside without trying to fight against myself. So grateful for all the insights I gathered after I allowed myself to be.

  • My experience of Odin and the sessions was one of exploration of one’s inner self/state. Shining a flash light on pain I wasn’t aware I had. With his gentle guidance and explanations to my many questions we went on to explore how awareness can transform or at least turn down that level of pain a few notches. I felt very safe and supported during our sessions together. You are in safe hands. Much gratitude and thanks

  • Odin has supported me with Hakomi sessions for 2 months. Instantly, Odin in a very gentle way is able to build trust. His voice and pacing are remarkable. Skilled, warm and very flexible, he took me to insights and inner places not visited before. Timing and refined questioning - and dang - I got what I needed to see to move on.
